My husband and I decided to buy new wedding rings on our anniversary. I wanted something that looked custom made, but didn't want to spend the money on diamonds.
So I started my online search. I have to be honest, your site was not where I placed my first order.
I received a call about 4 weeks after I placed my first order from a competitor informing me that there had been some manufacturing problems and my order would be delayed 10 - 14 business days.
The normal delivery for manufactured rings is 4 weeks. I called the company back in 10 days and was told it would be another 10 days. Of course I canceled my order after waiting 6 weeks. I began my search again.
I found your site and found a ring set that I loved. I placed my order on a Saturday and received it the next Friday.
Because of my size, my ring had to be made with your company too, but I still received my ring in one week.
The ring is gorgeous. I just love it. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and the awesome quality, high end product you create.

I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your company is. I just received my engagement ring from my new fiancé this Saturday. As funny as it may seem, I suggested that we find a good CZ company instead of going through the stress of spending thousands. This way I could have my dream ring and still have a hot tub and a double headed shower. Plus, we will have way more money for our honeymoon. My ring is spectacular…I adore it…..I swear, it looks real, I forget that these are not diamonds…….all of the women at work and in my family are jealous. I read one of the testimonials that mentioned what a riot that is. I know what’s she's talking about, it's hilarious.

I was wondering if you all thought about using the fact that you're company is politically correct. Think of it, all of the rings you have sold with these wonderfully made simulations, has saved lives. I know that sounds pretty far reaching, but many die in the mines that the real gems come from. Also, the people that work in those mines are paid horrible wages. My fiancé and I don't believe in people dying and starving for gems……so thank you, for making this option available to us. We are so happy. My boyfriend and I were going to wait until we left for a vacation to make it official, but the ring was so beautiful, he asked me to marry him once he opened the package.

My wife is particularly enamored of the fact that her ring has radial symmetry - it doesn't matter if it spins. She had previously had problems with rings that had a stone or emblem on top because they would inevitably roll to the side or underneath her finger. Because this one has stones all the way around and has no defined top or bottom, it always looks in place. Thank you also for including the two boxes and the studs. I would like to start off by saying I will never purchase jewelry from anywhere other than Chic Jewelry. I was such leery buyer. I have never trusted Internet purchases, needless to say jewelry purchases, but there was something about that ring #5966! Absolutely stunning! The picture does no justification whatsoever for the real beauty of the ring. You capture so much more when looking at it. I have received so many compliments and stares. I purchased the white gold metal finish but everyone assumes it is Platinum because of the shine. --sometimes I correct them--depending on the mood : ) --Whoever is in charge of payroll, please increase Ms. Ophelia's salary by 80%. I wanted a piece of jewelry that I had seen that had a very complicated design. I decided to have it made. I looked for several months for a jeweler that could make the design with the level of skill and craftsmanship that was comparable to the work on the ring I had seen.

In two instances, though the businesses advertised that they could do custom work, the jewelers were not skilled enough to take on the project..thankfully they said so right from the start (I knew this WAS a tricky design..I had already had several jewelers tell me that). I contacted two other places that gave me estimates but they we more invested in making the sale than they were in what I wanted as a customer. After careful discussions with those other companies and then with Ophelia I just knew in my heart of hearts that if they did the job it would be done RIGHT!! I was very nervous about proceeding. What a WONDERFUL decision it was to go with them!! The quality of craftsmanship and service was worth EVERY penny and then some!!! Generally it IS true that you get what you pay for...except in this case we got FAR more than we expected!!! What I got from thsi company was the MOST amazing service anyone could ever expect!! You would have thought that I was buying a $50,000 ring the way I was treated. They went ABOVE and BEYOND the hallmark of excellent service. They called and spoke to me on the phone about my design and took my calls with questions as often as necessary to ensure a wonderful outcome. My husband was weary of doing business with a company 2000 miles away AND over the internet so he insisted on buying a sample piece of jewelry before agreeing to have the custom piece done. Now I am even embarrassed that we did that. When we received the sample piece in the mail ( on of their regular items) it was beautiful and we knew the skill of the jewelers at this company could handle even OUR tricky design. After it was all said and done buying a sample ring was a waste of time. They have excellent quality jewelry! All through the first stages of the process I was VERY nervous about doing this over the internet. I was afraid they would not get the details and would not capture the ring the wa! y I wanted it and so on and so on...but I had ABSOLUTELY NO reason to worry!! The jeweler got EVERY single detail down to the smallest thing COMPLETELY as I wanted it! This company honored EVERY promise they made, they were reputable, and they were clearly wanting me to be pleased with the final result. When I saw the final product I was blown away ! Amazingly, Art had done such a beautiful job that the ring was MORE beautiful than the one I had seen initially!!! The metal working was excellent!! No dimples, ridges, seams, pits or anything..just a beautiful piece of work!!! The stones that were used were of the absolute best quality! Clear, well cut, lot's of diamond fire, with ever stone size and shape one can image to choose from. A custom design from this company was the perfect solution!

My husband thinks they are the best thing to ever come along...and I never thought I'd hear him say THAT about a jewelry store!

On a personal note I have become fond of Ophelia and Art! I have never met ANYONE who cared so much about wanting the customer to be happy with their purchase. Looking back, now that I have done business with them, it was foolish for me to have EVER worried about doing a custom design by way of e-mails and phone calls. The end result was so beautiful it is breathtaking. They have amazing customer service, incredible craftsmanship and Artistic talent, and excellent quality stones and metals. They treated me like they had no other concerns except my project! I can't say enough good about them!

I'm already gearing up for my second custom designed piece from them. I'd NEVER think of going anywhere else even if the other guys said they'd make a piece of jewelry for me for free... I am writing to tell others who are considering buying from this website
that my choice to purchase several rings from them was one of the smartest
shopping decisions I've ever made. My fiancé and I ordered my engagement
ring and both of our wedding bands from them, and we were absolutely
delighted with the results! First of all, they offer designs that we were
unable to find anywhere else, and I wanted something that suited my eclectic
tastes. Secondly, the craftsmanship on all of the rings is superb.
Everyone who has seen my engagement ring has asked me if it's an antique
because of the rare style, and they have all said that it is very beautiful.
It seems that no one can tell the difference between a real diamond and a
high-quality, well-designed cubic zirconia, so I honestly don't see the
point in spending thousands of extra dollars on something only you and your
spouse will know about! Additionally, when my fiancé received his wedding
band he had one of his co-workers take pictures of him with it on so I could
see it, since I currently live in England and he lives in Italy (we are both
in the Air Force). His co-worker ended up liking it so much that she's
having her husband get rid of his old wedding band to buy the same one my
fiancé has! Not only that, but when I forwarded the digital photos via
e-mail to my parents so they could see his wedding band, my father, who has
not worn a wedding band in 25 years after his had to be cut off due to a
severe accident, has decided to order the EXACT same ring because he thought
it was so cool. Also, being overseas my fiancé and I have dealt with
several problems with the U.S. Postal Service in getting our rings, but
Ophelia at was so incredibly understanding and helpful that she
really alleviated a lot of the stress we were feeling, and we were able to
get exactly what we wanted in a timely manner. It is hard to resist the
temptation of buying more beautiful jewelry from them, and I am sure I will
give in again in the future!
